SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 100€ Worldwide. For orders under 100€, a shipping fee rate will be applied. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional cost. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically take 3-5 business days to arrive. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages or shipping delays.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that all items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and without any signs of wear or use.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receipt. We will be happy to assist you in finding the perfect replacement. Please note that exchange requests are subject to availability. If the item you would like to exchange for is out of stock, we will process a refund for the original item.
Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
